Founder & Literary Agent
Nathaniel Brunache
Nathaniel Brunache is the founder of Lythavere Literary Management and a literary agent working across both fiction and nonfiction. He is drawn to writers with a distinctive voice, a strong sense of purpose and work that has the potential to stay with readers beyond the first book.
In fiction, Nathaniel is currently acquiring literary and commercial fiction, mystery, thriller, suspense, romance, fantasy and horror. He is particularly interested in memorable characters, compelling premises, unusual perspectives and stories that create a strong sense of place or atmosphere. He enjoys work that sits comfortably between literary ambition and broad reader appeal.
His nonfiction interests span business, history, politics, current affairs, memoir, health, wellness, sports, humor, pop culture, popular science and popular psychology. He is especially interested in books that make complex subjects accessible, challenge familiar assumptions or bring an original voice to an important conversation.
Nathaniel takes a long-term view of the writers he represents. For him, the strongest agency relationships are built around good judgment, open communication and a clear understanding of where a writer's work can go next.
Nathaniel is currently acquiring both fiction and nonfiction.
